Setting up your security questions
Follow this tutorial to Setup your KU Network ID and Security Questions. It is important to configure and maintain your questions in the event that you forget your Network ID password and need immediate access to services provided by that account such as computer lab access and your "U drive".
Reset your password
Follow the tutorial Reset your KU Lab account Network ID and Password to change your password if you already know your current password. Please note that changing your password via this method can only be accomplished once every 24 hours.
Setting up your KU Live email account
Follow the tutorial Setting up your KU Live Email Account to complete the process of configuring your student email account provided by Microsoft.
